Faraday Predictive S200: world-leading switchgear-mounted condition monitoring and energy monitoring system for rotating equipment

Monitor your energy consumption and equipment condition 247 with the Faraday Predictive S200 system, and enable the adoption of Condition-Based Maintenance in your organisation.

Designed to be mounted inside your motor starter cabinet, the S200 provides you with a continuous, 247, assessment of your equipment health including mechanical, electrical and operational aspects, using a Model-Based Voltage and Current (MBVI) technique.

By simply measuring the voltage and current drawn by the motor driving your equipment it can identify a wide range of specific failure modes, and assess the degree to which the equipment is suffering from these effects.

It also measures energy consumption and identifies a range of energy wasting parameters, assessing the amount of energy wasted by each one, allowing you to take cost-justified action to reduce energy consumption.

The outputs from the unit can be displayed anywhere on your Ethernet network using the Faraday Predictive native software, which includes in-depth diagnostic analysis tools; or communicate measured values and automated diagnostic outputs via your ethernet network for display into your existing systems (eg DCS / operators control panels, Plant Historians like OSI PI, Wonderware Historian / Condition Manager, Bently Nevada System 1 etc).
